North American Stamping Group is a privately held company founded in 1978. We continue to explore the most innovative processes and technologies to stay on the leading edge of the automotive industry.  Our strategic locations within North America allows us the manufacturing footprint to cover you in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. 

NASG is an industry leader in the manufacturing of stampings and automated assemblies.  A Tier II supplier of components, systems and aftermarket products for the automotive industry with a core business market consisting of  seating, ride control, exhaust components, heat shields, noise, vibration and harness (NVH), chassis and structural and window regulators. 

The company has a strong North American presence and is committed to be a leading supplier of vehicle component systems.  We are one of the largest Tier II stampers / assemblers in North America.  Our manufacturing footprint allows full coverage of the NAFTA market from Canada, through the southern United States and down through Mexico.  Our organization includes
9 manufacturing facilities, 2 machinery and tooling technical centers and 1 sales and engineering office encompassing
1.4 million square feet, 117 state of the art stamping presses up to 2,000 tons, as well as hundreds of secondary assembly operations.  We are powered by 1,200 team members in 3 countries.

Our sales have grown annually at a compounded rate of 17.0% for the last eight years, tripling our business, while making us one of the largest leading Tier II automotive stamping and assembly suppliers with annual sales approaching $500 million.

Over the last decade we have deployed nearly $300 million in capital spending for new facilities, expanded facilities, new equipment, technologies, processes and acquisitions.  These investments have allowed us to open up significant capacity throughout the entire NAFTA region to support future growth requirements with our strategic customers.

All facilities are Tier II automotive suppliers. In addition to metal stampings, we offer secondary operations in resistance welding, mig welding, tapping, deburring, washing, riveting and assembly. All operations are IATF 16949:2016 registered.

NASG has benchmarked our Quality Production systems after the Toyota Production system. All associates are members on associate involvement teams. We ensure ongoing training. We provide an environment that allows for open communication, participation and continual upgrading of skill levels. In turn our associates drive quality improvements and cost reductions through their implemented suggestions and teamwork.
